When this time comes it is nice to know that you can have these chores performed with as little hassle as possible here at Moritz BMW. Our expertly trained service advisors can help determine many problems before the vehicle diagnostic as well as process requests for regularly scheduled maintenance. Finally, We have several options to choose from when it comes to drop-off/pick-up as well as plenty of comforts in the service waiting area to make your stay relaxing.

How are you going to attend to your busy life when you are without your BMW? Your convenience is a priority that we cater towards by stocking over 100 Loaner Vehicles, all in like-new condition. BMW Ultimate Service may provide for free scheduled maintenance, but that is not the only benefit. Choose from the options below to make your service appointment a pleasurable one.

Valet Service:  Available to all customers who have purchased a new BMW at Moritz after April of 2004 on all scheduled maintenance. Moritz BMW will not only provide you with a loaner vehicle, but we will also deliver it to your home or work and pick up your vehicle to be serviced. *Service only available within 30 mile radius of dealership, and with a minimum of 72 hours notice. This offer is no longer valid after the expiration of the 4 year/50,000 mile BMW factory warranty.

Loan Car:  Available to customers who have purchased a new BMW at Moritz after April of 2004 or a Certified Pre-Owned BMW on all scheduled maintenance and BMW warranty work. As an added BONUS, Moritz will provide a rental (or loaner if available) free of charge to all BMW customers on all scheduled maintenance, regardless of where you purchased. This offer is no longer valid for Certified Pre-Owned BMWs after the warranty expires.

Rental Cars:   A rental vehicle will always be available for scheduled maintenance as well. Moritz hosts a Hertz Rental Agency on-site for fast and reliable temporary transportation.

Courtesy Shuttle Service:  ANY service customer may take advantage of Moritz of North Arlington's Shuttle Service. After bringing in your vehicle, shuttles depart at requested times between 8:30am and 3:00pm to make convenient drop-offs. Shuttle area is limited so please call ahead for details if you are planning to use this option.
